职位信息
1. Work close with R&D, process and manufacturing team to drive new product deliverables. Provide onsite engineering support for NPI product debug/rework. Perform NPI failure analysis to identify the root cause.
2. Define/update BOM, process/test document, WI, support test system build.
3. Responsible for product data analysis and refine the test specification to ensure test yield with high confidence level. Drive yield improvement and test time reduction at DVT phase.
4. Conduct training to production engineers and
transferring products to manufacturing.
1. 8+ years for Bachelor, 5+ years for Master related experience in fiber communication;
2. Self-motivated, effective team player able to work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
3. Strong analytical capability and trouble shooting skills;
4. Fluent in English, verbal and written. Good communication skills.
