职位信息
1.Acting engineering lab technician role in QXP ENG ZhuHai site, to manage engineering samples & materials in ZhuHai site.
2.Work with design engineers from project kickoff through production release to develop and implement highly testable, high quality products.
3.Work with DVT team members on deployment and continuous improvement of test procedures and processes, applying Best Known Methods (BKMs) for packaging processing, testing and performance to QXP products.
4.Identify systemic problems in product development, verification and manufacturing. Propose and implementing solutions to fix identified problems.
5.Works on problems of diverse scope where
analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises
judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods
and techniques for obtaining solutions.
1.To be successful you must possess a B.S. degree in Optics or Optoelectronics with over 2+ years of hands on experience in optical device product Design and Validation.
2.Design experience with optical path and mechanical structure is a plus.
Additional qualifications include:
1.Proficiency in optical assembly processing and machine tools usage.
2.Proven record as a self-starter with the ability to work in a matrixed/multi-site/group environment.
3.Experience with OSA DFM and DFT, and issue tracking tool will be a plus; like Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest tools in a Unified Change Management (UCM) environment.
4.Good communication skills (listening and technical writing).
5.Experience in process improvement and program management.
