岗位职责
1. To create and lead failure analysis team to repeat the customer claim or / and disclose the root causes deep
2. Widely and availably to conduct corrective actions of all assigned RMA products of customers, prepare an official, logical and authentic failure analysis report
岗位要求
1. 1+ years' experience with Bachelor' s degree
2. 1 years minimum related working experience of optical communications fields such as failure analysis, manufacturing or design
3. Good knowledge of optical communications product, failure analysis mechanism, method, equipment and quality tools
4. Accurately determine and analyse failure cause of RMA products
5. Good project lead and management experience
6. Good written skills for expression of failure analysis results in a clear, accurate and concise manner
7. Demonstrated ability to raw data statistics and analysis of failures, and initiate improving event
8. Good communication with relevant peers and groups
9. CET-4 +, good listen, verbal and written skills
